The music we sing at Calvary is a blend of the old and the new. Singing Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Song we corporately, and with one voice Exalt, Glorify, and Praise the Lord our God. Using songs from a variety of musical genres we carefully select music that is doctrinally sound and theologically accurate. We use music as an act of worship and as a tool to prepare our hearts and minds to receive the preaching of His Word. Our music is not a performance to entertain ourselves or others. It is simply an act of total surrender and further glorification of God.

Our Heart

We believe music is a gift given from God and when used properly a powerful tool in bringing glory to Himself. We believe we are commanded by God to worship in spirit and in truth. We believe as Christian musicians we are to give of ourselves daily to glorify the Lord, bless His name, and declare to the world that Jesus Christ is Lord. We strive to live holy lives with humility, serving the Lord while serving others. When becoming a part of CBBC’s music ministries we make a commitment to better ourselves musically, give of ourselves willingly, act responsibly, show dependability, and to sing joyfully!! AND WE DO IT ALL FOR THE LORD!!
